Non-Acceptable Users
NobleFXM operates the following platforms: MetaTrader 5 (MT5), TradeLocker. Access to MT5 is strictly restricted for citizens or residents of the United States of America or individuals with dual nationality that includes US citizenship.
We employ strict technical and verification measures to enforce this policy, including IP blocking, biometric verification, and payment monitoring. Any accounts found to be in violation will be immediately terminated.
NobleFXM does not provide its services to individuals or entities from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, South Sudan, Sudan, Yemen, the ISIL (Da'esh) and Al Qaeda Sanctions List, the Taliban 1988 Sanctions List, and all other persons and entities listed in the First Schedule of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act or a country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.
You must be 18 years old, or of legal age as determined in your country. Upon registering an account with NobleFXM, you acknowledge that you are registering at your own free will, without solicitation on behalf of the Company.
